New Teeth

Heavy D has cut his fourth tooth! Very exciting for everyone except this nursing mom. Please pray that he will drink formula from a cup. We are working on it, and he is doing ok, but I don't feel like he is getting enough to replace the dropped feedings. I'm trying to drop another feeding right now and he is not happy about it. It's breaking my heart, but it needs to happen. Pray for me, too...I need to stay strong. Posted by Picasa

Erika, Oh, I will be praying for you. Samuel was a biter at only 6 months...I know how you feel. And now Bennett at 6 months has three teeth, but thankfully hasn't bit yet. I will be praying, I can totally relate to what you are going through. Is he old enough to give milk yet? I weaned Samuel at 10 months and just went to milk. I will pray for you during this trying time!

Hey girl, I know that must be hard. Nothing can replace mommy. Are you giving him yogurt? I started weaning Emma Caroline at 10 months and I replaced a feeding with yogurt. You probably already do that but it is all I can think of. Hang in there, both of you.
