fun times! we loved going to see the balloons at night too when they do the glow thing...ok so the balloon in the water looks kind of scarey were they doing that on purpose?
What fun and great memories! I remember Mom and Dad taking us to see the balloons every 4th of july!
The balloon in the water was the "Splash and Dash" or something like that...they try to dip into the lake and then pull up. Some of them were more graceful than others...:) I can't imagine how COLD their feet must have been!!
